Easter Table

It's time once again for "Tablescape Thursday" with Susan at Between Naps on the Porch.  To celebrate the long awaited arrival of Spring 2010, the Easter table is outside!

Believe it or not, those dried hydrangeas are lime green in person, but I like the fact they look green and gold here since that's the "theme." The Lenox Autumn plates are an Easter tradition.  The motif is Fall but the colors are Spring - it's an "all rounder." I got the gold flatware about a zillion years ago at Old Time Pottery.  The glasses and napkins are, of course, from Homegoods.  I learned some valuable lessons on photographing tablescapes outdoors on this shoot.  I'll try to do better next time.  Happy Easter!!

How nice you can dine outside already - still too chilly here so I'll enjoy your table vicariously. Thanks!

I'm jealous-it's still snowy here in Colorado. Enjoy your table and Easter!

How beautiful and springy. That china pattern was my grandmothers' so it holds a special place for me. I love seeing no matter what time of year.

Oh yes, Sunshine produce huge shadows. But isnt that lovable this golden shiny light, we need after the long winter. We love to dine outside and therefore I love your tablescape so much. This fine china and crystal outside reminds me to Jane Austen films. Very romantic.

Wish you a happy Easter.
