Brocante Nashville

Okay ya'll, Merisi has been showing off the flea market, Viennese style - Brocante and I'm jealous,  BUT can she top a tub o' mermaids?

Or a lovely Blue Danube Waltz with a headless woman?  Shout out to Forensic Files!

Welcome to the Nashville Brocante, or as we'uns say......the flea market!

These gentlemen are the procurers of the aforementioned pieces de art.  I LOVE where I live!  Have you had your Wheaties today?  If not, a stop by Sally's Blue Monday just may do the trick.  Check it out.
p.s. these items were more blue in person.

Good morning, Nashville! :-)

Your comment on my blog made my heart sing, and now this surprise! Thank you, dearest D.B:, for your kindness and support!

Would you believe that I usually skip that large Saturday brocante and only head for the farmers' market part of the market? I have stopped by there lately because it is part of an assignment. And wouldn't you know it, I am beginning to catch the bug!. I even brought home some loot, a few English Willow plates and a bowl (I made sure to have cash in my camera bag!).

I have been so very busy with school - and will continue to be until late June, when the semester ends - I hardly manage to post on my own blog, let alone visiting my blog friends. I am looking forward to catching up with everybody once summer vacation rolls around!

A wonderful week to you,
Merisi

P.S.:
Have you ever been over at Corey Amaro's "Tongue in Cheek", a veritable brocante fairyland?

Oh my gosh! The tub full of mermaids! (Did you see my mermaid post a few weeks ago?) Thanks for visiting my blog. I just became a follower of yours. Can't wait to read more!

Those mermaids were $4 each? That seems to be a tub of blue money! Happy Blue Monday.

Nashville is one of favorite places to visit. Been there many times, but never to the flea market. I will visit it next time in town.
